Dispatch times
Orders placed before 2 pm on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed later, or at weekends and on public holidays, ship the next business day.
Packaging
Every order ships in plain, unbranded outer packaging. Kits are sealed at the factory and should arrive with the seal intact.
Delivery and tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination shown at checkout.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over the free-shipping amount shown in the cart ship free.
Returns
- Unopened kits with the seal intact can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Opened kits, or kits with a broken seal, cannot be returned.
- To start a return, contact us with your order number.
Damaged or incorrect items
If a kit arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it at no cost.
