What we do not provide
We do not provide usage, dosing or medical advice, and our team will not answer questions about personal use.
Labelling
Every kit carries a batch label and a research-use statement. Removing or altering labels voids any support for that kit.
Breaches
We may cancel orders and close accounts where we believe this policy is not being followed.
