Email support@avionscience.com as soon as possible. Orders that have not been dispatched can usually be changed or cancelled.

Orders placed before 2 pm ship the same business day in plain packaging. You’ll get a tracking link by email.

Shipping is free on orders over the amount shown in the cart. The cart shows how far you are from free shipping.

Unopened kits with the seal intact can be returned within 14 days. Opened kits can’t be returned.

One prefilled pen, ten 32G × 4 mm pen needles, Alcotip swabs and printed instructions with a QR code linking to the product sheet.

Follow the storage instructions on the back panel of the box.

On the label stuck to the tray insert inside the box, for example GLOW70-B001-00377.
